Our goal is to top last year’s auction and make March 10th a night to remember! To do that, we had to take the theme one step further. That's right....we have an exciting development this year! We are taking the auction off-site! What better place to host our Caddyshack theme than at our own slice of Bushwood...
Del Paso Country Club!
We will transport our Holy Spirit community to the country club of Caddyshack for a Cinderella story night! And don’t worry about getting there. Each and every attendant will receive an Uber code to discount their safe ride out to our venue. You asked for a night out and we heard you! Let us take care of you the way you take care of our school.
Thanks to you, our event is growing, but with growing numbers comes a growing cost. After weeks of research, we have also discovered how cost (and volunteer) effective hosting off-site is. We are saving a staggering $8,000 by hosting “Be the Ball” at Del Paso. In addition, our clean up will now consists of simply a transport crew. Del Paso will be setting up and taking down all the tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
NEW THIS YEAR: MOBILE BIDDING
For the first time at Holy Spirit Parish School, we will be using Greater Giving Mobile Bidding where you will bid from a smartphone, tablet, or computer and everything is in real time!
Each and every member of our community will be able to register for mobile bidding and do not need to be present at "Be the Ball" to participate. See our our ONLINE BIDDING page for more details.
On March 5th, an email will be sent including the link to register for the Silent Auction portion of the evening and sales will begin March 9th, the night before the auction. You will have to be pre-registered to begin bidding and a mobile number is a must. Please let your table guests know to register as well, as each bidder has a personalized code.
In addition to the silent auction, class art projects, premium packages, sign up parties, and free tuition entries will be available on the mobile platform. To bid on some of our amazing Live Auction items, you still need to be present at Be the Ball.
UBER CODES
Each and every attendant will receive an Uber code to discount their safe ride out to or from our venue. You asked for a night out and we heard you! Let us take care of you the way you take care of our school. Keep an eye out for the email that contains this information later this week!

- Wine Lottery - Buy a chance to pick a bottle for $30, cross your fingers and pick your lucky number and take a nice bottle of wine home or drink it that night at your table! All bottles will be concealed and numbered! 40 bottles of wine available: 5 bottles worth $75-$125, 10 bottles worth $35-74, 20 bottles worth $25-$34. Try your luck and pick a bottle…odds are you will get a great bottle of wine!
- Dine-n-Dash - Grab those gift cards to your favorite restaurants immediately! Our wall of dining cards will be available for purchase at face value and can be taken with you right then. Head over before your favorite restaurant gets snatched up by someone else!
- Putting Game - What's a Caddyshack party without a little putting game...
PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES, DINNER AND NEW AND IMPROVED BAR
Grab a drink and a light bite to east as you peruse the silent auction tables. Two FULLY-STAFFED bars will be available to our guests.
