Things to Know
What time does the event start? 6pm. Don’t be late or you might miss out on your favorite sign up parties and other fun!
Is there parking nearby? Yes! There’s ample parking on site but if you’re going to enjoy a few cocktails be sure to designate a sober driver or use ride share.
What forms of payment are accepted? This is a cashless event! When you enter the event you’ll put your credit card on file. Save time by saving your card when you purchase your tickets online.
How do I bid on Silent Auction? Go to https://HSPSRoar2023.ggo.bid and register with your credit card. This link is open to the public and you can forward that to friends and family as well. To learn more: CLICK HERE.
How do I bid on LIVE Auction if I won't be at the event? We provide BID BY PROXY for guests wanting to participate in the LIVE Auction, but cannot be at the event. In order set up proxy bidding, please use the REGISTRATION LINK and then send an email to hspsauctionchair@gmail.com. We will ask you to provide the item number and max bid for that item. This will then be given to the Auctioneer and his team who will place bids on your behalf in increments set by the auctioneer, up to the maximum bid authorized by your request. All purchases are FINAL and there will be no exchanges or refunds.
Can I sit with my friends? Yes! To guarantee the guests at your table purchase the “Party of 10” and let us know your guests or buy single tickets and we’ll do our very best to seat you with friends. Don’t worry-we got you!
